Can you read this short beginning to my story and rate 1-10?

wow i actually like that. the diction was great. not too many details but enough to let the reader get to know the characters. umm the suspense was great. like every couple of lines my idea of what was going to happen changed. which is a good thing because it kept me going. the touch of humor was great because it wasn't so obviously trying to be just lol hilarious but it was enough to make me laugh to myself( in my head). The grammar was good. So overall i give it a 9/10.. Trust me, if it was a piece of crap, i would have told you. but it's good. Keep working at it and let me know where i can read the finished version. Good Luck!!!!!!!!
