My IPod is all messed up ..?? Please help?!?

Hello. I have gotten a 3rd Generation Ipod Touch over a year ago and recently its been acting strange. for example my time and date is all messed up even though i reset it to NY it keeps showing me times like 16:38 which isnt even a time here in ny. 2nd i got the textfree with voice and when i press earn free minutes and click on an app it says can not connect to server. last thing.. it doesnt let me download some apps after the terms and names and it wont connect to youtube even though i have wifi and can acess the internet.. and help would be greatly appreciated.:) xoxo lissa
