What is better B.tech+Mba or bca+mba? please read details below:?

i am from Punjab, India and i have scored 84% marks in science stream. i did not clear aieee. i am in big confusion.......i want to do mba as PG but what to do before it b.tech or bca? i will get admission in top college in my city if i do bca but if i do b.tech i have to do it from a private and not good university. which field has better job prospects and i don't like physics that much. please help me.
