No, you're not weird. A lot of people have the same queries, but they never muster up the guts to ask. Yes, ive wondered it quite often too...especially on the "do they get any pleasure out of the act" part. Well, since its a biological and not a strictly psychological job, they're bound to get pleasures out of the actual act, though in my opinion it gets diminished with the director stressing on camera angles and specific positions that the actor personally does not find favourable.
