How do i get men to like me and commit to me?..plz help boys and girls...?

i am almost 23, smart, highly educated, average looking, not a bad dresser just that i dont wear short skirts or cleavage showing tops all the time..i wear mostly denims and t's...sometimes ...5.1 feet, curvy not fat..well endowed i.e...when i walk down d street,people take notice..so i must not b that bad looking rite..and still i dont hav a boyfriend..never had one..i had asked a guy to b my boyfriend when i was 18 but he refused point blank..since then i hav not had the courage to ask any boy out..and i still have no boyfriend and am also a virgin...what is wrong with me? what am i doing wrong? how can i impress boys and make them want to commit to me
