Is Vampire Academy boring?

I just bought this book not so long ago and started reading it now. I don't kmow but it seems pretty boring. DOES IT HAVE ROMANCE IN IT? Or only the bond of Rose and Lissa? :| Borriiiing! Sorry but i just like very exciting books. Cause i like books like hush hush or twilight or the hunger games or something. Thanks .
