What exactly constitutes a guy being a loser?

Im fairly socially awkward to, but as hard as this may sound to do; be spontaneous, do something you might not usually do talk to strangers and stuff (but not like really creepy pedos and such) at first it will be hard but as you build more confidence it will get easier and you will make friends and meet girls if you know what I mean. Also this will help you greatly in life since by meeting people you will have more contacts that could help you with getting a job in the future or any business relations
