What is the procedure to obtain migration certificate from PTU for taking admission in MBA in other university?

I am planning to do further study and my new university asked Migration Certificate from my old university which is Punjab Technical University(PTU), pls letme know if any one have idea what is procedure to obtain it from PTU. Thanks
