Less than 5% of all males are over 7 inches, way less than 1% are 8 inches. Way way less. So yeah, your short friend is lying. Shorter guys tend to try to compensate for their perceived shortcomings by lying about other things like penis size. Normal adult penis size is only 5.4 to 6.2 inches, only 12% total are even above 6.2 inches. I'd rather be tall and with a normal size penis than short and hung; you only use your erection for maybe 20 minutes now and then, and privately. You are tall all the time.
